Debi John, play consultant, and author of the PAUSE, PLAY, CONNECTⓇ Flow, is a passionate advocate for championing and integrating the power of play into our incredibly busy lives.

Debi’s mission is to ‘pollinate play’ globally from war zones to the workplace. This is  because play has is scientifically proven to decrease unhealthy conflict, heal relationships, enhance wellbeing and help us to learn and think more effectively and creatively.

Drawing from over 20 years of professional experience in safeguarding, education, and the creative arts, Debi prides herself in rejecting a ‘one-size-fit’s-all’ approach. She facilitates far-reaching, empowering, evidence-based discussions for you to embrace the power of play your way.

Debi’s regularly speaks on BBC Radio, hosts the ‘Play Healing Parenting Podcast,’ has presented in front of 1000s but most impressively, can manage a room full of 200 teenagers and live with 2 of her own!

Consultation Sessions

Personal consultation sessions are mostly online, unless part of a retreat package.

Sessions are relaxed and collaborative with a focus on empowering and equipping you to take the next steps towards fostering deeper connection and lowering stress levels.

As well as a trained therapist, Debi is also a trained Quantum Energy Coach allowing you to break free from addictions, childhood trauma, anxiety, and stress if you choose to work in a deeper way.
